How do I keep up with multiple units located over a wide area?
The Remote Management System communicates by satellite via the Internet and initiates alerts on pagers, cell phones and email telling you which unit is in alert and what the alert is. If the Authorized Service Center does not respond properly then the unit will not allow the alert to be cancelled and will be reissued until it is properly resolved.

What type of maintenance records do I have to keep?
